The manager producers of The Bachelor are backing Rachel Lindsay.
The producers issued a joint assertion on Twitter on Monday, March 1, to defend The Bachelorette star from on-line bullying that “has been rooted in racism,” following the recent Bachelor Nation controversy involving Rachael Kirkconnell and Chris Harrison.
The assertion learn, “As Govt Producers of The Bachelor Franchise we wish to make it completely clear that any harassment directed in the direction of Rachel Lindsay within the aftermath of her interview with Chris Harrison is totally inexcusable.”
It continued, “Rachel has acquired an unimaginable quantity of hate and has been subjected to extreme on-line bullying, which, as a rule, has been rooted in racism. That’s completely unacceptable.”
The unnamed govt producers added, “Rachel has been an unbelievable advocate for our forged, and we’re grateful that she has labored tirelessly towards racial fairness and inclusion.”
On Friday, Feb. 26, Lindsay deleted her Instagram account after receiving hateful messages from viewers.
